What affects the total?

A little detail helps
us quote accurately.

Two loads that look the same size can require different amounts of work. Include these details with your photos:

Heavy or unusual items

List appliances, dense debris and especially heavy pieces individually. We’ll confirm acceptance and disposal requirements.

Where the items are

Tell us about stairs, basements, narrow doors, long carrying distances and truck access.

Everything that needs to go

Photograph the full job, including items in other rooms. Mention disassembly needs and anything that must remain.

Your town and timing

Share the pickup location and preferred date so travel and availability can be considered.

Start with photos

Let’s price
your pickup.

Send a wide photo of each area, close-ups of large items, your town and any access details. We may ask for more information before confirming the price.

Pricing questions

Know what to expect.

Is there a minimum pickup charge?

Ask for the smallest-pickup price for your items and location. We do not publish a universal minimum; travel, loading and disposal needs are considered even for a single item.

Do you price by the item, load or hour?

We provide a quote for the specific removal job after reviewing the items, volume, labor, access, travel and disposal needs. Confirm the total and what is included before scheduling.

What should my quote cover?

Confirm the items to be removed, loading and hauling, disposal charges and any special handling. Tell us about additional items or changed access before pickup so we can review the scope and price with you.

Can I get a price from photos?

Photos and a complete item list help us assess the job. Some loads may need more details or an in-person assessment before the price can be confirmed.

Is cleaning included in a cleanout?

Cleaning is quoted separately through Simply Clean Services. Ask for both removal and a separate cleaning quote if you need the property prepared after the items are gone.

Can you remove appliances or hazardous materials?

List appliances and unusual materials individually so we can confirm acceptance and any special disposal charges. Chemicals, fuel, asbestos, sharps and other hazardous materials are not part of a regular pickup.
